대학생의 자아탄력성이 대인관계 능력에 미치는 영향과 삶 만족도의 매개 효과

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학생의 대인관계 능력에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 변인으로 자아탄력성을 지목하였고, 이 과정에서 삶의 만족도가 매개변인의 역할을 하는가를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 이런 목적 수행을 위해 경상북도 지역의 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 175명을 대상으로 자아탄력성, 대인관계능력, 삶의 만족도를 측정하기 위한 검사가 실시되었다. 본 연구의 통계분석은 Pearson의 적률 상관계수, Baron과 Kenny의 위계적 회귀분석, 소벨 검증, 부트 스트래핑을 통해 이루어졌다. 결과 자아탄력성과 대인관계 능력, 삶의 만족도는 상호 간에 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 자아탄력성과 삶의 만족도는 대인관계 능력에 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 삶의 만족도는 자아탄력성과 대인관계 능력의 관계에서 부분매개 효과를 보였다. 결론 대학생의 대인관계 능력을 향상하려면 자아탄력성 이외에도 삶의 만족도를 높일 필요가 있다. 이런 결과를 토대로 추후 연구에 대한 제언과 시사점이 제안되었다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of life satisfaction in the relationship between resilience and interpersonal relationships of undergraduates. Methods To accomplish this purpose, a test was conducted to measure resilience, interpersonal relationship skills, and life satisfaction with 175 undergraduates samples enrolled in university in the North Gyeongsang Province. The statistical analysis of this study was performed through Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Baron and Kenny’s hierarchical regression, Sobel test, and boot strapping. Results There were significant positive relations in all cases between each one and another of resilience, interpersonal relationships, and life satisfaction. Both resilience and life satisfaction had significant positive influence on their interpersonal relationships, and the life satisfaction had a partial mediation effect in the relationship between resilience and interpersonal relationships. Conclusions In order to improve the interpersonal skills of college students, it is necessary to increase life satisfaction in addition to resilience. Based on these results, suggestions and implications for future research were proposed.
