국문 초록

목적 본 연구의 목적은 시·도교육과정 편성·운영 지침의 개발 방향을 제안하는 데 있다. 방법 이를 위하여 먼저 현 실태를 알아보고자 2015 개정 교육과정 총론 및 전국 17개 시·도교육청의 초·중·고 교육과정 편성·운영 지침을 분석하였다. 결과 국가교육과정과 지역교육과정은 체제 면에서 유사한 모습을 보이고 있었으며, 구체적인 지침 사항인 1) 지침 기저, 2) 학교급별 및 학교교육과정 편성 운영에 관한 사항, 3) 학교교육과정 지원에 있어 일부 지역적인 특성을 제외하고는 서로 유사한 모습을 띠고 있었다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 시·도교육과정 편성·운영 지침의 구체적인 체계를 제안하고, 지침의 개발 방향에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study is to propose a direction for the development of curriculum handbook of metro olitan and provincial offices of education. Methods To this end, first, the general overview of the 2015 revised curriculum and the curriculum handbook of metro olitan and provincial offices of education were analyzed to find out the current situation. Results As a result of the study, the national curriculum and the regional curriculum showed a similar appearance in terms of the system, and specific guidelines such as 1) guidelines base, 2) matters related to school level and school urriculum organization and operation, and 3) support for school curriculum. Except for some regional characteristics, they were related to each other. Conclusions Based on these results, a specific system of curriculum handbook of metropolitan and provincial offices as proposed, and implications for the direction of development of the curriculum handbook of metropolitan and provin cial offices were discussed.
