코로나19에서의 비대면수업에 대한 산업체 위탁 및 전공심화 대학생의 인식유형 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 코로나19의 위기상황에서 감염예방 수칙 및 대응방안으로 대학에서 실시한 비대면 수업에 대한 산업체 위탁 및 전공심화 대학생의 인식유형과 특성을 파악하기 위하여 Q방법론을 활용하여 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 비대면 수업 경험 관련 34개의 진술문을 표집하였고 비대면 수업을 경험한 산업체 위탁 및 전공심화 대학생 40명을 대상으로 2020년 11월 16일부터 11월 30일까지 총 14일간 Q소팅을 실시하였고 이를 QUANL-PC 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 결과 코로나19의 위기상황에서 산업체 위탁 및 전공심화 대학생의 비대면 수업 경험에 관한 5개의 인식유형이 도출되었다. 제 1유형 ‘긍정적 수용형’, 제 2유형 ‘의사소통 중시형’, 제 3유형 ‘온라인 학습부진형’, 제 4유형 ‘온라인 학습 적응형’, 그리고 제 5유형 ‘면대면 캠퍼스 추구형’으로 나타났다. 결론 연구결과를 기반으로 포스트 코로나19의 언택트(비대면) 시대에 적합한 산업체 위탁 및 전공심화 대학생 중심의 비대면 수업방식과 관련 체계의 구축을 통한 학업의 성취와 창의적 역량의 발전을 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the types of working college students’ experiences and perceptions toward online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods The P-sample consisted of 40 working students enrolled in the department of social welfare. Using Q-methodology, these students classified 43 Q-sample statements from November 16 to 30. Results Analyzing the scores from the 43 statements using Q factor analysis through QUANL-PC program, working college students’ perceptions toward online learning were classified into five types: (a) showing positives of online learning and resulting high academic achievement, (b) showing approval of online learning but focusing on face-to-face interaction (c) showing approval of online learning but resulting under achievement (d) showing adaptive online learning and resulting high academic achievement (e) showing disapproval of online learning environment and pursuing face-to-face campus life. Conclusions Result of this study suggest that online learning methods and related systems need to be analyzed and readjusted to improve academic achievement and to develop creative competence of working adult students.
