국문 초록

본 연구는 아동 대상 성범죄 재발 방지를 위한 치료사법적 접근 방안이다. 연구내용은 첫째, 원격 화상시스템을 이용한 화상상담 및 심리치료를 대상자에게 하는 것이다. 이를 통해 대상자의 문제점이 나타난다면 보호관찰소가 법적, 행정적 대응을 하는 것이다. 둘째, 보호관찰처분을 받은 출소자에 대해 AI로봇을 이용한 정서적 안정과 감시역할을 하도록 하는 것이다. 연구결과 화상상담은 시스템이 갖추면 바로 실시할 수 있고, AI로봇 도입은 초기에는 외국에서 개발한 AI로봇을 도입하여 운영하고, 장기적으로는 우리나라에서 개발한 것을 사용하면 될 것이다.

영문 초록

This study is a therapeutic and judicial approach to prevent the recurrence of sex crimes against children. First, the research contents are to provide video counseling and psychological treatment to the subjects using video conferencing. If the problem of the target appears through this, the probation office will take legal and administrative action. Second, it is to ensure that those released from prison who have received probationary measures play an emotional role in stabilizing and monitoring using AI robots. As a result of the research, video consultation can be conducted as soon as the system is equipped, and the introduction of AI robots developed in foreign countries can be introduced and operated in the beginning, and in the long run, they can use those developed in Korea.
