대학 비교과 프로그램에 대한 학습자 인식 분석

국문 초록

목적 본 연구에서는 대학의 비교과 프로그램에 대한 학습자 인식을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다.방법 연구대상은 k대학교 학습자이며 개발된 설문지를 사용하여 2020년 8월 20일부터 8월23일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS를 활용하였다.결과 첫째, 연구대상의 67%가 비대면 비교과 프로그램의 운영방식에 만족하였다. 둘째, 연구대상의 72.4%가 전반적인 만족도 문항에 만족한다고 응답하였다. 셋째, 연구대상의 62.2%는 비교과 프로그램 참여후 역량이 향상되었다고 응답하였다. 넷째, 비교과 프로그램중 더 필요한 분야는 취업 분야를 꼽았다. 다섯째, 개선점으로는 ‘개인별 맞춤형 프로그램 확대’ 및 ‘비교과 프로그램 홍보 확대’를 이야기 하였다.결론 본 연구는 비교과 프로그램에 대한 학습자 인식을 분석하고 효과적인 운영 및 설계를 위한 시사점을 제안하였다는 점에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

Objectives The purposes of this study is to analyze learners perception of extra curricular programs in universiries. Methods The research participants are K universiry learners, and data were collected from August 20 to August 23, 2020 using the developed questionnaire. SPSS was used for data analysis. Results First, 67% of research participants were satisfied with the operation way of non-face-to face extra curricular program. Second, 72.4% of the research participants answered that they were satisfied with the overall satisfaction question. Third, 62.2% of the research participants responded that their competencies improved after extra curricular program participation. Fourth, the field that is more needed in the extra curricular program is the employment field. Fifth, as for improvement, they mentioned “Expanding individual customized programs” and “Expanding promotion of extra curricular programs”. Conclusions This study is meaningful that it analyzed learners perceptions of programs and suggested implications for effective operation and design.
