영문 초록
China has become a veritable trade great country, but not a trade power. There exists some reasons, such as relatively extensive of China's trade growth, lack of core competitiveness of Chinese enterprises, low development level of China's trade in service, and weakening cost advantages, etc.
To transform from a trade great nation to a trade power, China should
1. Adherence to make active and effective use of foreign investment.
2. Promote export upgrading and trade balance from a strategic perspective.
3. Enhance Chinese companies' competitiveness by driving them to go international.
4. Strive for more bilateral and regional co-ordination and cooperation. Make big policy changes on trade in services in order to increase the competitiveness of our service industry.
It is further suggested in this study that China should also promote the adoption of "trade in added value" worldwide as statistical method for international trade.
This study has some limitations. First, the most data is collected from online sources. Second, this study is based on the RMB appreciation, while during the study was made, RMB began to depreciate.
