영문 초록

In this study, the author has strived to analyze the quality of consulting mainly based consultants' abilities and emotional intelligence quotient. For this study, the author has collected 200 samples from consultants and PM (project manager) who are currently in midst of their careers. First of all the results revealed that consultants'abilities and emotional intelligence quotient have statistically significant influences on the quality of consulting. The results further revealed that consultants'emotional intelligence quotient had positive influences on the accuracy, reliance, and empathy of the consulting experiences. Therefore the author was able to conclude the emotional intelligence quotient as one of the major factors influencing the experience of consulting in a positive way. This study is deemed to provide useful guidelines for procedures of consulting related to the quality. Moreover the study differentiates itself by placing weight on the emotional intelligence quotient unlike the existing studies which have heavily relied on the intelligence quotient alone.
