영문 초록

The world crisis is going on. It was caused by system reasons and they are well-known. Now the most important thing is to find ways out of the current situation. In 2015, there will be the end of the present stage of the world development strategy that was approved by the UN. It will be followed by the new stage-the transition from the market economy to the innovative economy of the post-industrial civilization. This stage is based on new knowledge, science, high technologies, and competitiveness of human capital. The aim of the world civilization is to make an innovative breakthrough. In this connection the author developed a concept of society humanization and safety of the world order which is based on three fundamental provisions. These presume a revival of society spirituality, innovative breakthrough in the development of human capital, and provision of the global safety. The proposed megaproject can make a certain contribution to the gentle cause of the prosperity of the world community.
