대학생의 내현적 자기애가 취업불안에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학생의 내현적 자기애와 취업불안과의 관계에서 학업적 정서조절과 학업적 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 방법 수도권 소재 대학생 283명의 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 20.0으로 분석하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형을 설정하여 모형의 적합도를 검증하였다. 결과 첫째, 내현적 자기애는 학업적 자기효능감과 학업적 정서조절에서 부적 상관을 나타내었고, 취업불안과는 정적상관을 나타내었다. 그리고 학업적 정서조절은 학업적 자기효능감과 정적관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 내현적 자기애가 직접적으로 취업불안에 영향을 미쳤고, 내현적 자기애가 학업적 정서조절과 학업적 자기효능감을 통해서도 각각 취업불안에 매개효과를 보였다. 또한 내현적 자기애와 취업불안의 관계에서 학업적 정서조절이 억제효과를 나타났다. 셋째, 내현적 자기애가 취업불안으로 가는 경로에서 학업적 정서조절과 학업적 자기효능감의 순차적 이중매개효과의 개별매개효과가 있었다. 결론 본 연구결과는 대학생의 내현적 자기애가 취업불안에 영향을 미친다는 것을 경험적으로 확인하고, 대학생 상담에서 내현적 자기애자를 개입할 때 학업적 정서조절과 학업적 자기효능감을 통합적으로 접근할 때 더 효과가 있음을 시사한다. 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study aimed to examine the mediation effect of academic emotion regulation and academic self-efficacy between covert narcissism and employment anxiety of university Students. Methods For this purpose, the data were collected from 283 university students and were analyzed through SPSS 23.0 and Amos 20.0. Results First, higher covert narcissism was negative associated with higher academic emotion regulation and academic self-efficacy whereas higher covert narcissism showed positively association with employment anxiety. Second, covert narcissism had a direct effect on employment anxiety, and academic emotion regulation and academic self-efficacy each mediated effect the relationship between covert narcissism and employment anxiety. Also academic emotion regulation had suppression effect between covert narcissism and employment anxiety. Third, covert narcissism presented an effect on employment anxiety through the sequential double mediation of academic emotion regulation and academic self-efficacy. Conclusions This study empirically found covert narcissism of university students would affect of employment anxiety and It suggests that it is more effective when academic emotional regulation and academic self-efficacy are integrated in the intervention of covert narcissism in university student counseling. Finally, the implications and limitation of this study along with suggestions for future research were discussed.
