좋은 글쓰기와 말하기에 대한 고등학생 인식의 주제어 네트워크 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 고등학교 3학년 졸업 예정자 64명을 대상으로 좋은 글쓰기와 말하기에대한 인식을 조사하고,주제어 네트워크를 분석하여 그 차이를 비교함으로써 교육적함의를 도출하였다.연구 결과 두 가지 의사소통 기능에 대한 참여자 인식은 전체 주제어 수와 4회 이상 출현한 주제어 수 모두에서 불균형한 형태로 나타났으며,말하기에 비해 글쓰기에 대한 인식의 폭이 상대적으로 더 협소하였다.좋은 글쓰기에 대한인식의 네트워크에서는 결과 지향적 본질에 기댄 행위 산출물로서 텍스트의 정보성이나 언어적 표현의 명시성,현저성 등의 주제어 목록이 두드러진 반면,좋은 말하기에 대한 인식의 네트워크에서는 과정 지향적 본질에 기댄 맥락적 요소,관계적 목적, 비언어적 표현,화자의 공신력(에토스) 등의 주제어 목록이 두드러졌다.특히 전역 중심성 지수와 지역 중심성 지수를 동시에 살펴 참여자 인식 전반에 강한 영향력을 내포하면서도 세부 군집별 인식을 대표하는 주제어 목록을 추출한 것은,향후 글쓰기, 말하기를 가르치기 위한 핵심적인 교육 내용을 도출하는 데 하나의 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate high school students perception of good writing and speaking and to propose the educational implication. The study included 64 high school students who were expected to graduate, and the differences were compared by applying keyword network analysis. The results of the study showed that the perception of two communicative skills was unbalanced in both total keywords and keywords with an occurrence frequency of 4 or higher; the width of perception for writing was narrower than that for speaking. In terms of their perception of good writing network, keywords that support the informativity of text or the explicitness and salience of verbal expression were remarkable due to their product-oriented nature. On the other hand, in terms of students perception of good speaking network, keywords that support context, relation-centered goals, nonverbal expression, and speakers credibility (ethos) were remarkable due to their process-oriented nature. Listing keywords that have a strong influence on perception in general and that represent the perception of each detailed cluster, by looking at both global and local centrality, can contribute to providing core content for teaching writing and speaking.
