영문 초록

In case of Gunsan City, demander of manpower have been desolated from job seeker. Moreover, each area needs specialized manpower, developer and demander of manpower has been concreted, demander including developer and supplier of manpower and job seeker have not found their connection. This desolation due to one-stop hiring system. Public institutions, companies, and independent enterprises have been in serious labor shortage, but at the same time, job seekers have not found their favored job. To break down the wall between seekers and managers of job, and to offer job information, job managers have focused on sharing information of the job. Gunsan city has been struggled gap-unemployment phenomenon. By the circulation of job information between managers and seeker, the wall between them would be broke down, and by means of solving gap-unemployment, it needs the employment network and one-stop hiring system for unifying managing groups, public institutions, private services, market, nongovernmental organizations (NGO), and job seeker. The connection between seeker and manager of job, all in all, goes for the goal, making them Win-Win.
