유아교사의 그릿이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향: 정서지능의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교사의 그릿과 정서지능이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 그릿과 놀이교수효능감의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 소재한 유치원 교사 201명을 최종 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 그릿, 정서지능, 놀이교수효능감의 인식정도는 평균보다 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 유아교사의 그릿과 정서지능, 놀이교수효능감의 변인간 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 그릿이 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 그릿의 하위요인인 노력의 꾸준함이 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감에 대해 유의한 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 그릿 중 노력의 꾸준함이 높은 유아교사일수록 놀이교수효능감이 높은 것으로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감을 높이기 위해서 그릿을 통해 효능감을 높이거나 개인의 정서지능을 높일 수 있는 자기개발이나 교육 등의 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the grit and emotional intelligence on the play teaching efficacy and to analyze the mediated effects of emotional intelligence in relation to grit and play teaching efficacy. To this end, 201 early childhood teachers in Busan Metropolitan City were selected as the final study subjects. To summarize the findings are as follows: First, it was found that the level of recognition of the grit, emotional intelligence, and play teaching efficacy of the early childhood teacher is higher than the average. Second, it was found that early childhood teacher has a significant static correlation between the grit, emotional intelligence, and the variable of the play teaching efficacy. Third, the analysis of the effect of the grit of the early childhood teacher on the play teaching efficacy, it was found that the steadiness of the effort that is a subfactor of the grit has a significant effect on the sense of play teaching efficacy of the early childhood teacher. In other words, the higher the consistency of the effort of the grit, the higher the play teaching efficacy can be seen. This study suggests that in order to increase the play teaching efficacy of early childhood teacher, it is necessary to develop measures such as self-development or education to increase the efficacy of grit or to increase the emotional intelligence of individuals.
