불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 자기자비, 자아탄력성이 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 취업스트레스 간의 관계를 자기자비와 자아탄력성이 매개하는지, 직렬다중매개모형(serial multiple mediator model)을 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2020년(신종 코로나바이러스 감염증, COVID-19 유행 시기)에 취업 준비를 한 이들(4년제 대학 졸업 예정 및 졸업자)을 대상으로 설문이 이루어졌다. 총 356명(남: 178명, 여: 178명)의 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료는 SPSS 26과 SPSS PROCESS Macro를 이용하여 분석이 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 최종 연구모형인 직렬다중매개모형이 지지되었다. 즉, 불확실성에 대한 인내와 취업스트레스 간의 관계에서 자기자비와 자아탄력성이 이중 부분매개효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 불확실성에 대한 인내력이 낮으면, 자신에 대한 자비와 수용적 태도에도 부정적 영향을 미치며, 이는 자아탄력성에도 영향을 주게 되므로, 궁극적으로 취업스트레스에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 하여, 시사점과 제한점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

In this study, we tests a serial multiple mediation model which self-compassion and self-resilience mediated the relationship between the lack of patience with uncertainty and job-seeking stress. To this end, a survey was conducted on those who prepared to get a job in 2020 (During COVID-19 pandemic). A total of 356 people (178 for men and 178 for women) were used in the analysis. The data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and SPSS PROCESS Macro. Studies have shown that the final research model, the serial multiple mediation model, is supported. The result of the analysis showed that self-compassion and self-resilience played multiple mediation roles in the relationship between intolerance of uncertainty and job-seeking stress. Low tolerance for uncertainty lowers self-compassion, which affects resilience. As a result, it has a negative effect on Job seeking stress ultimately. Based on the findings, implications and limitations were discussed.
