국문 초록

본 연구는 평생교육 서비스품질과 학습만족 및 학습지속의도의 관계를 구조적인 인과관계에 의해 파악하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 평생교육 학위 교육과정 및 자격과정에 등록하여 수강중인 19세 이상 성인학습자이며 구조화 된 설문지를 사용하여 2019년 3월 5일부터 4월 6일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 활용하였으며 구조방정식모형(Structural Equation Model : SEM)을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구에 대한 결과는 다음과 같다. 연구가설Ⅰ의 경우, 신뢰성→심리적 만족, 공감성→심리적 만족의 관계는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나 부분적으로 연구가설Ⅰ은 채택되었다. 또한 연구가설Ⅱ의 경우, 신뢰성→경제적 만족, 공감성→경제적 만족, 반응성→경제적 만족의 관계는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타나 부분적으로 연구가설Ⅱ는 채택되었다. 그리고 연구가설Ⅰ-2, Ⅰ-4, Ⅰ-5, Ⅱ-2, Ⅱ-4는 기각되었다. 또한 본 연구가설Ⅲ-1과 Ⅲ-2를 검증한 결과, 심리적 만족이 학습지속의도에 영향을 미치고, 경제적 만족이 학습지속의도에 영향을 미치는데, 심리적 만족이 학습지속의도에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타나 연구가설Ⅲ-1과 Ⅲ-2는 채택되었다.

영문 초록

This study aims to identify the relationship between education service quality of lifelong and learning satisfaction and continuing learning intentions through structural causality. The subjects of the study were college students and adult learner aged 19 or older who enrolled in the lifelong education credit banking curriculum and collected data from March 5 to April 6, 2019 using a structured questionnaire. Data processing was analyzed through the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and the SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs. The results for this study are as follows: In the case of research theory I, the relationship between reliability→psychological satisfaction and empathy→psychological satisfaction was statistically significant, and in part, research theory I was adopted. In addition, in the case of research theory II, the relationship between reliability→economic satisfaction, empathy→economic satisfaction and responsiveness→economic satisfaction was statistically significant and partly adopted. and, as a result of verifying this study theory III-1 and III-2, it was adopted that psychological satisfaction affects continuing learning intentions, economic satisfaction affects continuing learning intentions, and psychological satisfaction affects continuing learning intentions.
