원격수업에서 예비유아교사의 원격수업 인식, 자기주도학습, 자기결정성 동기와 학습몰입 간 구조적 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 코로나19로 인해 2020년 1학기에 급작스럽게 시행된 원격수업에 참여한 예비유아교사를 대상으로 원격수업에 대한 인식, 자기주도학습, 자기결정성 동기와 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계를 통합적으로 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 광주광역시 소재 S대학에 재학 중인 2, 3학년 학생 184명을 대상으로 원격수업 인식, 자기주도학습, 자기결정성, 학습몰입을 측정하였고, 구조모형분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원격수업 인식, 자기주도학습, 자기결정성 동기와 학습몰입 간의 인과관계를 설정한 연구모형이 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 원격수업 인식, 자기주도학습과 자기결정성 동기는 원격수업 맥락에서 학습몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 원격수업 인식과 자기주도 학습은 학습몰입에 직접효과, 자기결정성 동기를 매개로 간접효과가 나타났음을 확인하였다. 이를 통해 원격수업의 학습성과를 제고하기 위한 교육적 시사점을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study explores the structural relationship between perception of distance class, self-directed learning, self-determination motivation and learning engagement, targeting prospective pre-early teachers who participated in remote classes that were suddenly implemented in the first semester of 2020 due to Covid-19. To this end, 184 second and third graders attending S university in Gwangju were measured for distance class recognition, self-directed learning, self-determination motivation and learning engagement. The results of structural model analysis are as follows. First, the results showed that the equation model of causal relationships between pre-early teachers’ perception of distance class, self-directed learning, self-determination motivation and learning engagement was valid. Second, it was found that the perception of distance learning, self-directed learning, and self-determination motivation had a positive effect on learning engagement in the context of distance learning. Third, it was confirmed that distance learning perception and self-directed learning had direct effects on learning engagement and indirect effects through self-determination motivation. Through this, educational implications for improving the learning outcomes of distance classes were discussed.
