영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to empirically confirm the outcome of community network outreach program for finding rural elderly in crisis: focusing on the Chungwon Senior Happy Network. This study also tries to find the factors which have an impact on that outcome. To accomplish this goal, 176 community leaders, who are called Jikimee , that have participated in the program, were selected and investigated. Hierarchical regression analysis was examined to identify the effect of social capital related variables: network activity, trust, social support on the outcome of the community network outreach program. The findings of this study show that social support, network activity, and trust between organization staffs and community leaders were significant factors, and had an effect on the outcome of networking. As a result, this study implies the necessity for social work practice to promote the outcome of social welfare service network in rural areas.
