영문 초록

This paper attempts to construct indicators to evaluate the activities and performance of social enterprises in Korea. In doing so, it employs Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis method to prioritize the indicators regarding social enterprise performance. The result shows that the indicator, the size of social employment, has the highest weight score, followed by the indicators, the employment rate of the socially and financially disadvantaged people, the degree of social service provision by the social enterprise, implying that the nature of the social involved in the activities of social enterprises is regarded as more important by experts in social policy and social entrerpreneurs as well, compared to the nature of the financial .
