국문 초록

As part of the defense innovation policy;the policy to expand commercialization of military products is a procurement innovation policy designed to reduce defense budget and improve military convenience by replacing existing defense standard products with equivalent or superior products. This paper examines the procurement performance of commutated munitions from 2012 to 2016;and analyzes the procurement performance of the munitions commercialization innovation policy.
