국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 Covid-19로 인한 원격수업 시행이 수행평가에 미친 영향을 파악하여 현장 교사들이 수행평가 과정에서 겪은 어려움을 개선하기 위한 과제를 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 다양한 교직경력과 과목군으로 구성된 A고등학교 교사 11명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였고, 반구조화된 설문지를 개발하여 2020년 10월 14부터 10월 20일까지 세 차례에 걸쳐 초점집단면담을 진행하였다. 나선형 분석방법을 통해 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원격수업과 등교수업을 병행하는 과정에서 교수⋅학습과 수행평가가 분리되는 현상이 나타났다. 방역을 위한 엄격한 평가지침이 적용되면서 나타난 결과이다. 때문에 상호 협력을 통한 교육은 실행되기 어려웠으며 개별화된 평가에 머무는 경우가 많았다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들은 수업과 평가를 유기적으로 조직하기 위해 피드백 강화, 온라인 플랫폼을 이용한 방법 모색 등 다양한 노력을 하고 있었고, 평가 지침 개선의 필요성을 강조하였다. 이를 통해, 수행평가의 교육적 의미를 되살리는 방향으로의 평가 지침 보완, 감염병 상황 변화에 따른 평가 가이드라인의 탄력적 운영, 원격수업과 등교수업 병행에 부합하는 교수⋅학습 및 평가 모델 개발 등을 개선과제로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of distance classes caused by Covid-19 on performance assessments. A subject group of 11 teachers with diverse teaching experience from Y High School were selected as participants for research. A semi-structured questionnaire was developed and focus group interviews were conducted three times, from October 14 to October 20, 2020. The conclusions produced by the data analysis spiral method are as follows. First, there was a phenomenon in which teaching and learning, and performance assessmenst were separated in the process of conducting both off-line learning and distance classes. This is the result of strict assessment guidelines from quarantine. As a result, education through mutual cooperation and active participation was much more difficult to implement and often remained in individualized assessments. Second, teachers in the study were taking various efforts to organically organize their lessons and assessments by strengthening feedback to students, seeking ways to use online platforms more effectively, and emphasizing the need to improve assessment guidelines. Through these measures, improvement tasks were proposed to supplement the assessment guidelines in a way that revived the educational purpose of the performance assessment, flexibly scaled the assessment guidelines according to changes in infectious disease conditions, and developed a model for teaching-learning, and assessment that conforms to distance classes.
