국문 초록

본 연구에서는 자기회귀교차지연 모형을 통해 대학-직장 이행과정에서 경험하는 의미 위기와 취업스트레스 간의 종단적 관계를 검증하였다. 연구대상은 취업을 준비하고 있는 대학교 4학년 이상의 재학생 및 휴학생 200명이며, 2019년 9월부터 12월까지 한 달 간격으로 총 3차례에 걸쳐 수집한 종단 자료를 이용하여 대학-직장 이행과정에서 경험하는 의미 위기와 취업스트레스 간의 인과관계를 탐색하였다. 연구 결과, 대학-직장 이행과정에서 경험하는 의미 위기와 취업스트레스는 시간에 따른 안정성을 지니는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 앞선 시점의 의미 위기는 다음 시점의 취업스트레스에 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 앞선 시점의 취업스트레스는 다음 시점의 의미 위기에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학-직장 이행과정에서 경험하는 의미 위기와 취업스트레스에 대한 조기 개입과 통합적 개입의 중요성을 보여준다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점, 추후 연구에 대한 제안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the longitudinal relationship between the crisis of meaning and employment stress experienced in the process of college-to-work transition through the autoregressive cross-lagged modeling. The subjects of the study were 200 four-year college students preparing to get a job after graduating from a university, and the data collected using three rounds of surveys at one-month interval. According to the results, the crisis of meaning and employment stress experienced in the process of college-to-work transition had stability over time. Furthermore, the crisis of meaning at the earlier point had a significant positive effect on employment stress at the next point, and employment stress at the earlier point had a significant positive effect on the crisis of meaning at the next point. The results of this study demonstrate the significance of early and integrated interventions on the crisis of meaning and employment stress experienced in the process of college-to-work transition. The implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for further research were discussed.
