영문 초록

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to provide factors affecting Nursing Professionalism for Nursing Students. Method : Participants were 128 Nursing Students in S city. Data was collected from December 12, 2018 to March 10. 2019. Results : There were significant differences in Nursing Professionalism according to major satisfaction and motivation of choice on nursing department of the subjects. There was a significant positive correlation between uniform satisfaction (r＝.40), nurse image (r＝.61) and Nursing Professionalism. From the multiple regression analysis, the most significant factors affecting Nursing Professionalism were nurse image (β＝.53), score of high school and persuation on choice motivation for nursing (β＝.25), symbolic factor of uniform satisfaction (β＝.20) and choice motivation for nursing by apititude (β＝.17). These variables explained 47.9% of the total variance in Nursing Professionalism. Conclusion : In order to increase Nursing Professionalism of nursing students in university, it is necessary to prepare measures the first thing to increase nurse image and to increase symbolic factor of uniform satisfaction and major satisfaction encouraged to develop.
