영문 초록
For dynamic operation and maintenance (O&M) cost evaluation of pyroprocessing;a discrete event system modeling is needed to quantify activity based cost. The model can provide quantitative material flow to calculate cost on chemical material addition and a use of labor. As the first step for building such model;a dynamic material flow was established through ExtendSim modeling capability;which could be used as a basic model framework. The dynamic material flow elucidates input and output mass streams as well as hold-up within a process equipment and it was verified and validated from a mass balance aspect. The model also includes information on O&M unit cost needed for running pyroprocessing in a database so that a total cost can be dynamically estimated dependant upon pyroprocessing throughput.
