영문 초록

Various techniques have been introduced and studied production management for efficient resource allocation. We try to numerically evaluate SCM which is one of practical utility value of production management techniques to compare with previously simple production method. Especially when the products are reflected the produced customer s order;we study the efficiency of production and changes of customer satisfaction.
