국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생의 자아효능감, 진로성숙도, 교사관계만족도, 학습태도 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보고, 자아효능감과 학습태도 간의 관계에서 진로성숙도와 교사관계만족도의 다중매개효과를 규명하는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 한국교육고용패널2(KEEPⅡ)의 1차년도 자료 중 일반계 및 자율계 고등학생 2학년인 5,929명을 최종연구대상으로 연구를 수행하였으며, 그에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습태도는 자아효능감, 진로성숙도, 교사관계만족도와 정적인 상관이 있음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 구조방정식을 통해 자아효능감은 진로성숙도를 통해 학습태도에 간접 효과를 주어 완전매개효과가 있음을 도출하였다. 셋째, 자아효능감은 교사관계만족도를 통해 학습태도에 간접 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타나 완전매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이같은 결과는 고등학생의 자아효능감이 진로성숙도와 교사관계만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것뿐만 아니라 이를 통해 학습태도에 간접적인 영향을 주고 있음을 시사하는 바이다. 본 연구에서 도출한 결과를 통해 실제 고등학교 교육 현장에 실질적 시사점과 정책적 의사결정의 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-efficacy, career maturity, teacher satisfaction, and academic attitude in high school students. To accomplish this study, the first year data of the Korea Employment Panel 2 (KEEPⅡ) 5,929 students high school students were analyzed. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that academic attitude had a positive correlation with self-efficacy, career maturity, and teacher satisfaction. Second, it was confirmed that the self-efficacy has an indirect effect on academic attitude through career maturity, and thus has a complete mediating effect. Third, self-efficacy was found to have an indirect effect on academic attitude through teacher satisfaction, and thus it was found that there is a complete mediating effect. This means that high school students self-efficacy not only directly affects career maturity and teacher satisfaction, but also indirectly affects their academic attitude. Through the results of the research, it is expected that the actual high school education can have practical implications and basic data for policy decision making.
