국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 인구학적 변인(성별, 학년, 전공계열)에 따라 그릿(grit)과 진로장벽 및 진로준비행동에 차이가 있는지 살펴보고, 대학생이 지각한 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 그릿이 조절효과가 있는지를 검증하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 대학생 454명(남학생, 237명; 여학생, 217명)을 대상으로 질문지를 실시하고, 그 자료를 상관분석, t검증, 다중회귀분석, 위계적회귀분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그릿과 진로장벽은 성별, 전공계열 간에 유의한 차이를 보였으며, 진로준비행동의 경우 학년 간에 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 그릿이 높을수록 지각된 진로장벽 수준이 낮고, 진로준비행동 수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 그릿은 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 성별, 학년별, 전공계열 간의 그릿, 진로장벽을 고려하여 차별화된 진로준비가 이루어져야 할 필요성을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among grit, career barrier, and career preparation behavior perceived by college students, and to verify the moderating effect of grit on the relationships between their career barriers and career preparation behavior. In this study, 454 college students(237 male; 217 female) participated and a questionnaire to collect data were administered to them. The data collected were analyzed by Pearson s correlation analysis, t-test, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical Multiple Regression Analysis. The main results of this research are as follows: First, there were statistically significant differences in grit and career barrier, according to socio-demographic characteristics(gender, major) of college students. In the case of a career preparation behavior, there was a significant difference in grade only. Second, there was a significant negative correlation between grit and career barrier, but a significant positive correlation between grit and career preparation behavior. Third, there were moderation effects of grit on the relationship between career barrier and career preparation behavior. The results of this study were discussed and implications were suggested.
