국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 전문대 여학생의 직업목표불일치와 학업지속의향의 관계에서 진로통제소재의 조절효과를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 2019년 4월 3일부터 4월 22일까지 서울, 경기, 세종 소재 전문대학에 재학 중인 487명의 여학생들을 대상 으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이후 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 분석하 였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주요 변인 간 유의미한 상관관계가 나타났다. 직업목표불일치와 학업지속의향은 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였으며, 진로내적통제소 재와 학업지속의향은 유의미한 정적 상관을, 진로외적통제소재와 학업지속의향은 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 둘째, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 통한 조절효과 검증 결과, 직업목표불일치와 학업지속의향의 관계에서 진로내적통제소재의 조절효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 진로내적통제소재는 직업목표불일치가 학업지속의향에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 완화시키는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 전문대학 생의 진로 및 학업 상담 시 내담자의 직업목표불일치의 수준과 통제소재경향에 대한 개입이 중요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of career locus of control on relationships between career goal discrepancy and learning persistence in female college students. For this study, data based on self-report questionnaires from a sample of 487(N=487) female college students in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province, Sejong city collected from April 3 to 22, 2019 were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0. The findings are as follows; First, career goal discrepancy significantly correlated with learning persistence and career locus of control. Secondly, the result from the hierarchical multiple regression analysis indicted that the moderating effect of career internal locus of control on relationships between career goal discrepancy and learning persistence. career internal locus of control had a significant buffering effect moderating negative influence of career goal discrepancy on learning persistence. Implications of current findings regarding appropriate intervention strategies with clients who have a problem of learning persistence were discussed. Limitations and suggestions for future study were also included in the discussion.
