유아교사의 회복탄력성, 직무환경 및 정서지능이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 회복탄력성, 직무환경 및 정서지능이 교사효능감에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구대상은 U시에 위치한 유치원에 재원중인 유아교사 226명을 대상으로 설문지를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 먼저 유아교사의 배경변인을 중심으로 기술통계치를 구하고 유아교사의 연구변인들 간의 상관관계를 살펴보고 유아교사의 회복탄력성, 직무환경 및 정서지능이 교사효능감에 미치는 설명력을 비교하기 위해 단계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 교사효능감과 회복탄력성, 직무환경 및 정서지능 간에 통계적으로 유의한 정적상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사효능감에 대한 영향력을 살펴본 결과 유아교육기관 직무환경의 하위요인인 동료교사와의 관계, 회복탄력성의 하위요인인 긍정성 및 정서지능의 하위요인인 타인정서인식이 교사효능감에 통계적으로 유의미한 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explored relationships among teacher efficacy, resilience, job environments, emotional intelligence of kindergarten teachers. participants were 226 kindergarten teachers in U-city. They responded to questionnaires; data were analyzed by correlation and stepwise multiple regression. These study results are summarized as folows. First, relationships among teacher efficacy, resilience, job environments and emotional intelligence showed statisticaly significant positive corelation Second, relationships with fellow teachers as a sub-factor of the work environment, positivity as a sub-factor of resilience, and perception of others emotions as a sub-factor of emotional intelligence were predicted by teacher efficacy. In conclusion, positivity can be explained to make more effects on teacher efficacy rather than relationships with fellow teachers and the perception of others emotions.
