어머니의 아동기 경험과 부모역할만족도가 아동권리존중양육에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 영유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니의 아동기경험과 부모역할만족도가 양육행동의 매개로 아동권리존중양육에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 보편적 부모교육 강화와 아동권리존중양육의 제도적 기반 마련에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 위해 2019년 5월∼6월 사이 B시와 인근 도에 소재한 어린이집과 유치원 27곳에 만 0세∼5세 자녀를 보내고 있는 어머니들을 임의 표집하여 연구대상으로 하였으며, 이들 어머니 503명을 대상으로 설문지를 배부하였다. 수집된 자료는 다중회귀분석과 Amos 프로그램을 사용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 어머니가 아동기경험을 긍정적으로 인식하고, 부모역할만족도 수준이 높을수록 아동권리존중양육에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 양육행동은 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 부모교육시 어머니의 부정적 양육행동의 점검과 긍정적 양육행동방식의 전환이 우선되어야 하는 시사점을 주고 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to explore the influence of mothers’ childhood experience and parental role satisfaction on child rights respect : focusing on the mediating effect of parenting behavior. Through this, we intend to provide basic data for strengthening universal parental education and establishing an institutional foundation for fostering respect for children s rights. The subjects of this study were 503 mothers with children aged 0 to 5 years, and the collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and Amos program. As a result of this study, it was found that the higher the mother s experience in childhood and the higher the level of parental role satisfaction, the more positively it was found that the parenting behavior had a partial mediating effect. Through this study, it is meaningful to provide basic data on the correct respect for children s parenting approach for children s rights education for parents and prospective parents by examining the direct and indirect effects on respect for children s rights through parenting behavior of mothers. Also through parental education, it is important to check mothers negative parenting behaviors and change positive parenting behaviors.
