분만실 실습 간호대학생을 위한 이러닝교육의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 분만실 실습 간호대학생을 대상으로 병동 사전교육 동영상을 학습한 후 간호대학생의 분만실 실습 관련 지식, 자기효능감, 임상실습 만족도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 간호대학 3학년을 대상으로 한 비동등성대조군유사실험 연구로 실험군 55명, 대조군 57명으로 이루어졌다. 자료수집은 2018년 3월부터 6월까지 이루어졌으며 자료분석은 Chi-square test와 Independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, Shapiro-Wilk test, ANCOVA와 Ranked ANCOVA, Cronbach’s α값을 SPSS 20을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분만실 실습관련 지식(F=12.54, ρ=.001), 임상실습 지도에 대한 만족도(F=13.46, ρ=.007)는 실험군이 대조군보다 유의하게 높았다. LMS를 통한 이러닝을 활용하여 병동 사전 교육을 실시함으로써 학생들에게는 임상 실습에 대한 역량을 향상 시키고, 임상실습 지도자에게는 효과적인 임상실습 지도가 이루어지게 되므로 간호대학생의 분만실 실습 관련 이러닝프로그램을 병동 상황에 맞게 개발하여 학습하도록 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of conventional learning and e-learning contents for obstetrical nursing in terms of knowledge related to delivery room practice, self-efficacy, clinical practice satisfaction. A nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design was used for this study. The subjects of this study were 112 3rd grade nursing students. Nursing students who agreed to participated in this study were assigned to a experimental group(n=55) or a control group(n=57). E-learning contents consisted of infection control, fetal heart rate(FHR) check, non stress test(NST) check, nursing of medication. The nursing students in the experimental group could access this e-learning contents program at any time, and as many times an they wanted during the women’s health nursing practicum period. Data were collected from March to June, 2018. For data analysis Chi-square test, Independent t-test, Mann-Whitney U test, Shapiro-Wilk test, ANCOVA, Ranked ANCOVA and Cronbach’s α were performed using SPSS version 20.0. Knowledge related to delivery room practice(F=12.54, ρ=.001), clinical practice guidance satisfaction( F=13.46, ρ=.007) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of nursing students in the control group. The e-learning program was effective on knowledge related to delivery room practice, clinical practice guidance satisfaction. It can be recommended as a e-learning contents for the nursing clinical practice.
