초등교사 양성기관의 체육실기 프로그램에 대한 인식 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등교사 양성기관 체육실기 프로그램에 대한 인식을 탐색하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구대상은 초등학교 예비교사와 현직교사 200명을 선정하였으며 조사도구는 폐쇄형 문항과 개방형 문항을 혼용하여 수강한 체육실기 종목, 만족여부, 만족/불만족의 이유, 실기능력, 교육내용, 교수방법, 교육과정 등으로 구성하였다. 자료수집은 구글 온라인 설문지 프로그램을 활용하였으며 폐쇄형 문항은 빈도수와 백분율, 개방형 문항은 귀납적 내용분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육실기와 이론의 통합이 필요하다. 둘째, 체육실기프로그램의 현장성 확보가 필요하다. 셋째, 체육실기 프로그램의 비중 확대와 종목의 다양성이 필요하다. 향후 연구에서는 개선된 체육실기 프로그램을 운영하고 효과를 검증하는 노력이 뒤따라야 한다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to explore the perception of the physical education practical program of the elementary school teacher training institution. For the study, 200 elementary school preservice teachers and incumbent teachers were selected. The survey tool used a mixture of closed and open questions. The questions consisted of the physical education practical class, satisfaction, reasons for satisfaction/dissatisfaction, practical skills, educational content, teaching methods, and curriculum. For data collection, the Google online questionnaire program was used. Closed-type questions were analyzed by frequency and percentage, and open-type questions were analyzed through inductive content analysis. The conclusions based on the analysis results are as follows. First, it is necessary to integrate physical education practice and theory. Second, it is necessary field-based physical education practical programs. Third, it is necessary to increase the proportion of physical education practical programs and to diversify the sports. Future research should follow efforts to operate improved physical education practical programs and verify their effectiveness.
