생열귀나무 종자 발아에 있어서 개갑처리, 지배렐린, 발아온도의 효과

국문 초록

생열귀나무의 번식에 관한 연구로 개갑처리와 GA3의 처리에 따른 발아율 향상에 대한 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 생열귀나무의 과실의 길이는 13cm, 폭은 0.9cm 였으며, 과실내의 종자수는 89개였다. 종자의 길이는 4.9mm, 폭은 2.87mm였으며 천립중은 7.76g이었다. 자연매장 보다는 15℃ incubator에서 층적저장한 것이 개갑율 10.5%로 높았고 또한 4℃ 저온저장후 개갑율도 46.6%로 가장 양호하였다. 2.개갑된 종자의 발아율이 비개갑된 종자에서는 보다 우세하였으며 최적 발아온도는 15℃임을 알수 있었다. 개갑된 종자에서의 GA3의 효과는 농도처리에 따라 커다란 효과를 보이지 않았으며 개갑된 종자와 비개갑된 종자 모두 200ppm 이상으로 처리하면 오히려 발아율이 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 3. GA3의 처리의 효과가 발아적온이나 개갑종류에 따라 뚜렷하지 않은 반면 비성숙된 종자의 상태(비개갑종자)와 발아 불량조건(4℃, 비개갑종자)에서는 뚜렷이 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to investigate the suitable conditions for seed germination of Rosa davurica PALL. In the characteristics of the fruit and seed of Rosa davurica, fruit length and width was 1.3cm and 0.9cm , respectively, and seed number was eighty-nine. Artificial and low temperature storage at 4℃ increased the rate of split achene pericarp until 46.6% and storage at 15℃ incubator decreased the rate of split achene pericarp (10.5%). The rate of seed germination of split achene pericarp in control at 15℃ was 90% and of non-split achene in GA3100ppm at 15℃ was 36.8%. Average germination day of split achene pericarp seeds in GA3 150ppm at 20℃ was 4.2 days and non-split achene pericarp in GA3 100ppm at 20℃ was 7.3 days. Seed germination was not different between various concentrations of GA3 treatments in split achene pericarp seeds but the rate of germination was more reduced in high concentration of 200ppm. Only the treatments of GA3 was increased germination rate at 4℃ and immature seed of Rosa davurica.
