주요 산채류인 멸가치의 미세환경에 따른 생육특성

국문 초록

본 연구는 산림의 유용한 식물중 하나인 멸가치의 생육특성을 밝혀 보고자 습도와 광도를 조사하였다. 주요 산채류중 하나인 멸가치의 생약성분이 정신분열증을 일으키는 dopamine함량 감소작용을 일으켰다는 보고 등 자원으로서의 가치가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 멸가치의 생육에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 것은 습도로 50% 이상이 좋은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 온도변화가 자고 광량은 200µmol s-1m-2이하의 곳이 생육에 적합한 장소로 분석되었다. 이 연구 결과 음지식물의 증식에 있어서 습도를 50%이상 유지하는 것이 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Moisture and quantum were measured to investigated out the growth characteristics of Adenocaulon himalaicum which is one of the important plants at the forest plants. The herbal medicines of Adenocaulon himalaicum known as one of the main mountain edible herbs have great value of resources according to the report that dopamine causing schizophrenia is greatly reduced with it. The moisture is a primary factor for the growth of Adenocaulon himalaicum. In this study we showed that the site with little change of temperature and under 200µmol s-1m-2 quantum is suitable. Also, the maintenance of relative humidity over 50% is a very important factor in the proliferation of shady spot plants.
