4년제 대학 졸업자의 취업준비행동이 취업 및 괜찮은 일자리에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 4년제 대학 졸업자의 취업준비행동이 취업 및 괜찮은 일자리에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 인문, 사회, 공학, 자연계열 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 가장 최근 자료인 2018년 대졸자직업이동경로조사를 활용하여 4,659명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 직무적성준비와 면접준비는 4년제 대학 졸업자의 취업과 괜찮은 일자리 그리고 모든 계열의 취업과 괜찮은 일자리에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 공통된 취업준비행동으로 분석되었다. 둘째 자격증, 외모관리, 취업서류작성교육 등은 4년제 대학 졸업자의 취업과 괜찮은 일자리 그리고 모든 계열의 취업과 괜찮은 일자리에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 빈번하게 나타난 취업준비행동으로 검증되었다. 셋째 인문계열은 취업에 공모전이, 괜찮은 일자리에 영어 등 외국어가 정(+)의 영향을 보였고, 사회계열은 취업에 대외활동이, 괜찮은 일자리에 취업목표설정이 정(+)의 영향이 나타났으며, 공학계열은 취업에 취업목표설정, 공모전, 대외활동 등이 영향을 미치고 괜찮은 일자리에 영어 등 외국어가 정(+)의 영향을 보인 것으로 분석되었다. 연구결과로 4년제 대졸자들은 계열별로 취업에 대한 정확한 방향성을 가지고 적절한 취업준비행동을 해야 취업뿐만 아니라 그들이 선호하는 괜찮은 일자리에 취업할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로써 4년제 대졸자는 계열별로 차별화된 취업준비행동을 해야 하며 학교와 국가는 이에 대한 맞춤형 교육과 훈련을 제공해야 하겠다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effects of universities college graduates’ job preparation behavior on employment and decent jobs. Using The Graduates Mobility Survey(GOMS) 2018 Year and subjects of this surveys were 4,659 people who graduated from Universities. The study results can be summarized as follows. First, Job-fit aptitude test preparation and preparing for an interview showed positive effects on employment and decent jobs. Second, Certificate, appearance management and resume preparation showed negative effects on employment and decent jobs. Third, Contest showed positive effects on employment of in the field of liberal arts and Foreign languages such as English showed positive effects on decent jobs of in the field of liberal arts and Job’s activity showed positive effects on employment of in the field of society science and Employment objectives setting showed positive effects on decent jobs of in the field of society science and Employment objectives setting, contest and Job’s activity showed positive effects on employment of in the field of engineering and Foreign languages such as English showed positive effects on decent jobs of in the field of engineering. Therefore, job preparation behavior are an important factor in employment and decent jobs of universities graduate worker. Universities and government should introduce education and training of job preparation behavior.
