교사학습공동체 관점을 적용한 교사 현직 연수의 개념 모형 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 교사 현직 연수의 방향을 탐색하기 위해 교사학습공동체의 관점을 적용했다. 문헌분석을 중심으로 교사학습공동체의 등장배경과 특성을 살펴보고 이를 교사 현직 연수 모형의 구성요소에 적용하고 원리를 도출하였다. 이론적 검토를 통해 교사학습공동체의 특성을 교사 현직 연수 모형의 구성요소(목적, 참여 주체, 교육 내용, 교육 방법, 교육 평가)에 적용하였고 그에 따른 원리(자발성, 학습자 중심성, 협력성, 전문성, 소통성, 지속성)를 도출하였다. 또한 교사학습공동체를 기반으로 실행되고 있는 교사 연수와 교사학습공동체 활용 연수 모형 사례를 분석하여 교사학습공동체 구축을 위한 교사 현직 연수 운영 과정의 단계별 절차를 3단계인 계획 및 기반 조성 단계, 실행 단계, 마무리 및 평가 단계로 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study applied the perspective of the teacher-learning community to explore the direction of teacher in-service training. Focusing on literature analysis, the background and characteristics of the teacher-learning community were examined, applied to the components of the teacher training model, and the principle was derived. Through a theoretical review, the characteristics of the teacher-learning community were applied to the components of the in-service training model (purpose, participant, educational content, teaching method, educational evaluation), and the principles (voluntaryness, learner-centeredness, cooperation, expertise, Communication, continuity) were derived.In addition, by analyzing the case of the teacher training and training model using the teacher-learning community based on the teacher-learning community, the step-by-step procedure of the in-service training for the establishment of a teacher-learning community is divided into three steps: the planning and foundation creation step, the implementation step, and It was presented as a finishing and evaluation stage.
