간호대학생의 창의적 리더십과 셀프리더십이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 창의적 리더십과 셀프리더십이 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 수행하였다. 2018년과 2019년에 B 광역시 일개 대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 4학년 총 191명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 편의표집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t 검정과 일원배치 분산분석, Scheffé 검정, Person’s 상관분석, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 대상자의 학업성취도는 창의적 리더십의 하위영역 중 목표달성능력(r=.27, p<.001), 목적의식(r=.14, p=.049)과, 셀프리더십 하위영역 중 자기목표 설정(r=.34, p<.001), ㅍ자기보상(r=.26, p<.001), 자기관찰(r=.19, p=.007), 자기단서(r=.21, p=.003)와 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 학업성취도에 영향을 준 요인은 전공만족도(β=.79)와 셀프리더십 하위요인 중 자기목표설정(β=.13)이었으며, 전체 설명력은 69.0%로 나타났다. 따라서, 간호대학생의 학업성취도를 향상시키기 위해서는 간호교육현장에서 전공만족도를 높이고 자기목표설정 능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among creative leadership, self-leadership, and academic achievement of nursing students, including the effects of these variables on academic achievement. The study was a cross-sectional, descriptive design which used a convenience sample of 191 nursing students drawn from one university in 2018 and 2019. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 program. Academic achievement had a significant correlation with achievement ability of goal (r=.27, p<.001) and thinking of object (r=.14, p=.049) among sub-scale of creative leadership. Self-goal setting (r=.34, p<.001), self-reward (r=.26, p<.001), self-observation (r=.19, p=.007) and self-cueing (r=.21, p=.003) among sub-scale of self-leadership had a significant correlation with academic achievement. Stepwise multiple regression analysis for academic achievement revealed that the most powerful predictor was major satisfaction (β=.79, p<.001) followed by self-goal setting (β=.13, p=.003) explained 69.0% of the variance in academic achievement. Therefore, nursing strategies such as the development and application of various programs for improving major satisfaction and self-leadership in nursing education field are needed.
