국문 초록

본 연구는 고등학생의 회복탄력성이 진로결정 스트레스와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 경기지역 3곳의 고등학교에 재학 중인 1학년 201명을 대상으로 2019년 12월 3주간 설문조사를 실시하였다. PASW 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성의 빈도와 백분율, 측정도구의 신뢰도, 변인들 간의 상관관계분석 및 3단계 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 고등학생이 지각한 회복탄력성, 진로결정 스트레스, 진로준비행동, 가족건강성 간정적/부적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학생의 회복탄력성이 진로결정 스트레스와 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 고등학생의 회복탄력성이 진로결정 스트레스, 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 매개효과가 나타났다. 고등학생들의 진로결정 스트레스 수준을 낮춰주고, 진로준비행동을 증진시키기 위해서는 고등학생의 심리적 변인 뿐 아니라 가족환경을 고려한 개입이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

This study sought to examine the mediated effects of family strength on the effects of resilience on career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior of high school students. A survey of 201 first graders attending three high schools in Gyeonggi Province was conducted for three weeks in December 2019. For each of the study questions, PASW 23.0 was employed to conduct frequency, percentage, reliability analysis. correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, and stepwise regression analysis were done. The results were: First, there was a positive/negative correlation between resilience on high school students career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior and family strength. Second, resilience was factors influencing high school students career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior. Last, family strength showed a moderating effect on the effect of resilience on career decision-making stress and career preparation behavior. In order to lower the level of stress on high school students career decisions and promote career-preparatory behavior, intervention should be made in consideration of the family environment as well as psychological variables of high school students.
