유아교사와 부모가 인식한 유아 강점에 대한 메타포 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사와 부모들이 유아의 강점을 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 은유분석을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 유아교사 62명, 부모 70명이 ‘유아의 강점을 이다. 왜냐하면 이기 때문이다’라는 은유분석 설문지에 작성한 내용을 수집하였고, 체계적 은유분석 절차를 통해 분석하였다. 그 결과 성격강점으로 순수, 활력, 용기, 친절, 사랑, 긍정, 자유와 학습강점으로 모방, 몰입, 창의성, 개방성, 관찰력, 호기심, 끈기, 가능성으로 범주화하였다. 이를 통해 유아교사와 부모가 지닌 유아의 강점에 대한 인식의 공통점과 차이점을 살펴볼 수 있었고, 이는 유아의 강점교육에서 유아교사와 부모와의 협력을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze how early childhood teachers and parents perceive the young child s strengths through metaphor analysis. 62 early childhood teachers and 70 parents completed a prompt, “The strengths of young child is like . Because it is . Metaphorical expressions and their reasons were collected and analyzed through a systematic metaphor analysis procedure. As a result, We categorized character strengths as pure, vitality, courage, kindness, love, positive, freedom and learning strength as imitation, flow, creativity, openness, observation ability, curiosity, tenacity and possibility. We could see the similarities and differences between the early childhood teachers and parents perceptions of young child s strengths. In addition, it can be used as a basic data for the cooperation of early childhood teachers and parents in the education of young children s strengths.
