국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비 유아교사의 모의수업 경험의 의미를 분석하고 교원양성과정에서의 모의수업 지도, 교수·학습방법에 관한 중요한 정보를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구 참여자는 J지역 3년제 유아교육과 1학년, 2학년, 3학년 재학생 18명이었다. 연구 자료는 2018년 11월부터 2018년 12월까지 예비 유아교사와의 인터뷰, 저널 쓰기를 통해 수집하였고, 자료 분석은 ‘자료 관리’, ‘자료 읽기’, ‘코딩 시작하기’, ‘주제와 범주 생성하기’, ‘기술하기/분석 결과의 시각화’, ‘연구결과 해석하기’의 6단계를 거쳐 질적 연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 예비 유아교사의 모의수업 경험은 심리·정서 경험 측면에서 긍정적인 정서 경험, 부정적인 정서 경험, 평가에 대한 이중적인 정서 경험으로 분석할 수 있었다. 둘째, 예비 유아교사의 모의수업 경험의 의미는 예비 유아교사가 좋은 수업을 할 수 있는 좋은 교사로 되어가는 과정으로서의 의미와 교사 양성과정에서 효율적인 모의수업 지도에 대한 정보를 제공하는 의미가 있었다. 연구결과에 기초하여 예비 유아교사인 학습자의 요구를 반영한 교원양성과정에서의 모의수업 지도 방안에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the prime information about teaching simulated instruction for pre-service teachers of young children based on learner centered perspective. For this purpose, the experiences of the pre-service teachers were collected. The participants of this study included 18 first, second, and third graders in the department of early childhood education in the J province. The research data were collected through interviews with pre-service teachers and their journal writings from November 2018 to December 2018, and were analyzed by qualitative research methods through six stages: managing data , reading data , starting coding , creating topics and categories , visualization of description/analysis results and interpretation of research results . The results are as follows. First, the participants experience in simulated instruction could be analyzed as positive emotional experience, negative emotional experience, and double emotional experience in evaluation in terms of psychological emotional experience. Second, the meaning of the participants experience in the simulated instruction was twofold: the process of becoming a good teacher who could perform a good instruction for pre-service teachers of young children and the provision of information on efficient simulated instruction guidance for teachers trainers. Based on the results, a proposal in the process of teacher training course was made on the method of teaching simulated instruction which reflects the needs of learners who are the pre-service teachers.
