국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생들의 진로역량개발을 위한 진로교과내용 개편의 방향성을 살펴보기 위하여 학습자 중심의 학습 환경을 제공한 사례를 중심으로 그 내용을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 문헌조사를 통해 학습자 중심의 진로교육이 활용된 사례들을 살펴보았다. 수집한 자료를 활용하여 학습자가 스스로 주도적으로 학습을 할 수 있는 포트폴리오 및 플립러닝을 활용의 진로교육 사례, 학습자가 체험을 통하여 진로탐색을 할 수 있는 도전학기제 사례를 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째,대학생 진로개발역량을 위한 진로교과목의 교육내용의 개편의 방향성은 학습자가 능동적이며, 주체적으로 느끼고 생각하며, 행동할 수 있도록 하는 체험적인 형태가 필요하며 이를 통하여 깊이 있는 실천적 지식을 구성하는 것이 필요했다. 둘째, 대학생 시절 다양한 진로탐색행동으로 학습자 스스로 진로역량에 대한 이해를 확장하는 것이 중요했다. 마지막으로 학습자가 다양한 진로탐색 행동을 통해 진로역량을 강화할 수 있는 환경을 대학에서 제공하는 것이 필요하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 대학생들이 변화하는 시대에 적합한 진로역량 개발을 할 수 있는 진로교과내용의 개편 방향성에 대한 시사점과 후속연구를 위한 제안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to reorganize a carer course contents direction for developing career development competency in undergraduates. Using the collected data, we examined the case of career education by using portfolio and flip learning, where learners can lead learning the case of the challenging semester system. The research results are as follows. The direction of the reorganization of the educational content of career courses for college students career development competency requires an experiential form that enables learners to be active, subjectively feel, think, and act. It will help you adapt. In addition, it is necessary for the university to provide an environment in which students can understand their career competency and gain an opportunity to strengthen it through practice of conducting various career exploration behaviors as a college student. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the direction of the reorganization of the career curriculum for college students to develop career competency suitable for the changing times and suggestions for follow-up studies were discussed.
