국문 초록

‘한 학기 한 권 읽기’가 도입된 이후 많은 연구가 이루어졌음에도 불구하고, 현장에서는 책 선택의 어려움을 호소한다. 책 선택은 독자의 독서 동기를 높여 완독을 경험하게 하고, 읽기 효능감을 높이는 데에 중요하다. 이에 따라 독자 분석을 기반으로 한 책 선택을 중심으로 ‘한 학기 한 권 읽기’ 운영 방안을 제안한다. 모둠 독서로 운영할 경우 독자 프로파일링을 바탕으로 모둠을 형성하고, 책을 선택할 수 있다. 학급 학생들의 독자 프로파일링을 기반으로 적합도서 목록을 제공하여 개별 독자에게도 적절한 도서를 추천해 줄 수 있다. 학급 전체를 대상으로 운영할 경우, 학생들의 삶의 공간과 관련된 지역의 사회문화적 배경이 담긴 책 선택을 통해 학급 전체의 공동된 관심과 흥미를 유발할 수 있다. 독자의 생애 분석을 통한 책 선택은 독서에 대한 학생 개인의 내적 관심을 불러일으키고, 의미 있는 독서경험을 하도록 독자의 주체성을 이끌어내는 운영방식이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Despite the fact that many studies have been done since the introduction of ‘Reading one book in a semester’, it is difficult to select books in the field. Choosing a book is important in increasing readers motivation to read and to improve reading efficacy. Therefore, we propose a method of ‘reading one semester’ centering on the book selection based on the analysis of the reader. When operated as a group book, teacher can form a group based on students’ profiling and select a book. Based on the readers’ profiling of class students, teacher can provide a list of suitable books to recommend to individual readers appropriate books. When operating on the entire class, the selection of books containing the socio-cultural context of the area related to the students’ life space can lead to the collective interest and interest of the whole class. Choosing a book through the life analysis of the reader will be an operating method that draws the student s individual interest in reading and leads to the subjectivity of the reader to make a meaningful reading experience.
