인공지능 시대, 감정지능 교육 방안 고찰

국문 초록

이 연구는 인공지능 시대의 미래적 대안으로서 감정지능 교육 방법을 모색해 보는 데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 마사 누스바움의 ‘서사적 상상력’개념 및 감정이론과 라파엘의 질문법을 활용하여 교수자료를 구안한 후, 실제 수업에 적용해 보았다. 구체적으로 ‘텍스트 안에서 질문 찾기: 생각과 탐색→머릿속에서 질문 찾기1: 저자와 나→머릿속에서 질문 찾기2: 나 자신에게 질문’의 단계로 진행하였다. 먼저 텍스트를 다각적으로 이해할 수 있는 질문들에 답해 보면서 사유하고 탐 색하는 과정을 거쳤다. 다음으로는 자신의 경험이나 알고 있는 지식과 텍스트의 내용을 통합하여 사고해야 하는 내용들로 공감을 위한 기본 정서인 연민의 감정을 상기하도록 한 후 분별력 있는 관찰자가 되어 사회적 약속과 개인의 감정이 충돌하는 지점에서 발생할 수 있는 문제들에 대해 생각해 보게 하였다. 마지막으로는 감정이입을 위한 질문들로 영화의 상황 속 인물의 감정을 추측해 보게 한 후, 해당 인물이 되어 당시의 감정을 일기와 편지로 표현해 보고, 영화의 에필로그를 팀별로 창작하게 하였으며, 생각의 정리 차원으로 각자 금언을 만들어 공유해 보았다. 이러한 일련의 과정들은 나와 타자 사이의 정서적 연결을 인지하고 탐색할 수 있 게 하였으며, 타자에 대한 정서 조절로 이어지면서 합리적 의사결정을 위해 필요한 감정을 현명하게 사용하는 능력과 사회관계와 학습에 도움이 되는 감정 조절 능력을 함양하는 데 도움이 되었다. 아울러 타자의 감정을 느끼게 하고, 자신의 감정을 응시하는 경험을 갖게 하여 타자를 진정으로 이해하는 데 기여했다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore emotional intelligence education as a futuristic alternative to artificial intelligence. To do this, I used Martha Nussbaum ‘s’ narrative imagination ‘concept and emotional theory and Raphael’s ‘Question Answer Relation’ to construct teaching materials and applied them to actual classes. Specifically, I went to the ‘In the Book QARs: Thinking and search → In My Head QARs: Authors and You → In My Head QARs: On My Own.’ First, I answered the questions that can understand various aspects of the text and went through the reasoning and exploration. Next, he or she should remind the emotions of compassion, which is the basic emotion for empathy, by integrating the contents of his or her experiences and knowledges and texts. Then, he becomes a discerning observer, And to think about the problems that might arise at the point where they do. Finally, after asking the emotion of the person in the situation of the movie to ask the questions for the emotions, I became the person, expressed emotions of the time in diary and letter, and made the epilogue of the movie by the team. And they shared each other’s adage. This series of processes allowed us to recognize and search for the emotional connection between ‘I’ and ‘other’, and the ability to use the feelings needed for rational decision making wisely, I have helped to develop emotional control skills that can be helpful for successful learning. It also helped to feel the other s feelings and have an experience of gazing at his own feelings, thereby contributing to the sincere understanding of the other.
