국문 초록

본 연구는 시뮬레이션 기반 전문소생술 교육이 간호학생의 전문소생술에 대한 지식, 자기효능감, 학습관련 자기주도성에 미치는 효과를 확인하고자 수행되었다. 연구설계는 단일군 사전사후에 의한 유사실험 연구이며 연구의 대상은 A시 소재 일개 간호학과 4학년 학생들로 총 51명이었다. 연구 기간은 2019년 12월부터 2020년 2월까지였으며 자료수집을 위한 설문조사는 교육 전, 교육 후에 2차례 진행하였다. 연구결과 시뮬레이션 기반 전문소생술 교육 후 교육 전에 비해 전문소생술에 대한 지식(t=-18.09 p<.001), 자기효능감(t=-10.92, p<001), 학습관련 자기주도성(t=-2.21, p=0.33)에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 시뮬레이션 기반 전문소생술 교육 시 지식, 자기효능감을 향상시키고 학습관련 자기주도성을 향상시킬 수 있는 실습 교육 과정을 운영하는 데 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to identify the effects if simulation-based Advanced Life Support Education on nursing students’ knowledge, self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability. It was designed a similar experiment research before and after of a single group. Participants for the study were 51 nursing students in 4th grade in Gyeonggi-do. Simulation-based Advanced Life Support Education was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020. The survey for data collection was conducted twice before and after education. Study show significant differences in knowledge(t=-18.09 p<.001), self-efficacy(t=-10.92, p<001) and self-directed learning ability(t=-2.21, p=0.33) compared to before the education. This finding of this study can be used for improvement nursing students’ knowledge, self-efficacy and self-directed learning ability.
