국문 초록

본 논문은 외국인 학습자를 위한 자기소개서 프로젝트 학습 모형을 제안하고자 하는 데에 목적이 있다. 특히 본 연구에서는 ‘취업 목적’의 자기소개서에 주목하여 외국인 학습자들이 글쓰기와 말하기를 효과적으로 학습할 수 있는 자기소개서 팀 프로젝트 학습 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 프로젝트 학습 과정은 준비하기, 계획하기, 탐구 및 표현하기, 마무리, 평가하기로 진행되며 단계별 과제 진행은 1단계에 팀을 대표할 수 있는 인물인 대표 캐릭터를 선정하고 그의 성장 스토리를 만든 후에 2단계에서는 그 캐릭터에게 맞는 회사를 찾아서 그 회사 앞으로 제출하는 입사지원서와 텍스트형 자기소개서를 작성한다. 그리고 3단계에서는 그 텍스트를 바탕으로 60초짜리 자기소개 동영상을 만든다. 그리고 마지막으로 조별 자기소개 동영상 발표회를 갖는다. 본 연구의 자기소개 팀 프로젝트 학습은 외국인 학습자들이 글쓰기와 말하기 능력을 기르고 기획 및 프로듀싱 능력도 키우며 취업과 관련하여 미래를 준비할 수 있도록 이끌어주는 교육이다.

영문 초록

This paper aims to make a suggest of a self-introduction project learning model for foreign learners. In particular, this study aims to propose a self-introduction team project learning model that allows foreign learners to learn writing and speaking effectively by paying attention to self-introduction letters. In this learning model, project learning proceeds to the stage of preparation, planning, exploration and expression, finishing and evaluation. To explain the step-by-step task progress, in the first stage, foreign learners select representative characters that can represent the team and create his growth story. In the second stage, learners will find a company suitable for the character and fill out job applications and self-introduction forms. In the third stage, learners make a 60-second self-introduction video. And at the end, there is a self-introduction video presentation for each group. This self-introduction team project class is an education that guides foreign learners to develop their writing and speaking skills, develop their planning and directing skills, and prepare for the future in relation to employment.
