자유수강제 상황에서의 진로독서 방안 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 ‘2015 개정교육과정’이 전면적으로 실행됨에 따라 도입된 ‘한 학기 한 권 읽기’를 ‘진로독서’와 연계하여 ‘한 학기 한 권 읽기’를 활성화시킴과 동시에 학생들이 자신들의 진로를 심층적으로 탐구할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. ‘진로독서’가 실제적이면서 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하기 위해 기존의 ‘진로독서’의 단계를 변형하여 ‘학교 급별에 따른 진로독서 단계’를 설정해 학교 급별에 맞는 진로독서의 방향을 제시했다. ‘자유수강제’의 도입으로 인해 ‘진로독서’ 환경이 변함에 따라 인문계 고등학교 학생들이 자신의 진로를 탐색하고 확정하는 데 도움을 주기 위해 ‘자기선택적 독서’를 활용한 ‘단계별 진로 심화 독서’ 프로그램을 구안하여 2019학년도 2학기에 경기도 소재 인문계 고등학교 학생 80명을 대상으로 ‘단계별 진로 심화 독서’ 프로그램을 운영한 결과 ‘단계별 진로 심화 독서’ 프로그램이 독서교육의 목표를 달성하면서도 인문계 고등학생들이 진로를 선택하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 유의미한 프로그램이라는 것을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study is designed to activate the ‘one semester/one book reading’ movement which was introduced with the full implementation of ‘2015 revised educational course’ by linking it to ‘job career reading’ and provide the students with the opportunity of making in-depth research on their future jobs. For the practical and effective implementation of ‘job career reading’‘, the existing ’job career reading’ stage was changed to set up the ‘job career reading stage according to the school grading’ in order to propose the job career reading which is proper for the school grading. Due to the ‘free course selection system’, the environment for job career reading has changed. So, in order to give the assistance to the humanities high school students’ searching for and confirming their own future job, the ‘self-selective reading’ was used to device the ‘stage-by-stage job career advanced reading’ program was devised. In 2nd semester of 2019 school year, the ‘stage-by-stage job career advanced reading’ program was implementted to 80 students in humanities high school located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. It was found that the ‘stage-by-stage job career advanced reading’ was a significantly meaningful program as it helps the humanities high school students to achieve the goal of reading education and look for their future jobs.
