임상간호사의 감정노동과 감성지능이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 임상간호사의 감정노동, 감성지능이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 500병상 이상인 종합병원에서 근무경력 1년 이상인 간호사 271명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 평균 및 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 감정노동은 3.62점(5점 만점), 감성지능은 3.42점(5점 만점), 직무스트레스는 2.53점(4점 만점)이었다. 감정노동은 감성지능과 통계적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계(r=.288, p=.000)였고, 감성지능은 직무스트레스와 통계적으로 유의한 부적 상관관계(r=-.223, p=.000)였으며, 임상간호사의 직무스트레스에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 감성지능으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 임상간호사의 직무스트레스를 낮추기 위해서는 감성지능의 중요성을 인식하고 이를 향상할 수 있는 직무교육 전략과 개인의 특성에 맞는 정서 강화 심리훈련, 감성지능 개입 개발 프로그램 활용 등 다차원적인 접근이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive research study to understand the effects of clinical nurses emotional labor and emotional intelligence on job stress. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 271 nurses with more than 1 year working experience in general hospitals with 500 beds or more. The collected data were analyzed using frequency analysis, mean and standard difference, T-test, ANOVA, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. As a result of the study, emotional labor scored 3.62 points (5 points perfect), emotional intelligence 3.42 points (5 points perfect), and job stress 2.53 points(4 points perfect). Emotional labor had a statistically significant positive correlation with emotional intelligence(r=.288, p=.000), and emotional intelligence had a statistically significant negative correlation with job stress (r=-.223, p=.000)., and emotional intelligence was the factor that most affected the job stress of clinical nurses. Based on the results of this study, in order to reduce the job stress of clinical nurses, a multi-dimensional approach, such as the use of a job training strategy to recognize and improve the importance of emotional intelligence, emotional reinforcement psychological training tailored to individual characteristics, and emotional intelligence intervention development programs.
