영문 초록

As the 4th industrial revolution is giving rise to the sharing economy, the platform starts as a new business model in the tourism industry. Individual travelers are creating their travel experience by using the tourism platform. As they pursue the quality of travel, it is increasingly important for the tourism contents to allows travelers to gain exotic travel experience. In this regard, development of the following alternative tourism platforms are required to design travel experience that meets the demand of individual travelers. The first, the service design system should be constructed according to the components of service design for the travel experience. The second, the customized travel service for the travel experience should be designed. The third, the tourism platform-based travel experience should be constructed. The forth, the global tourism platform should be constructed. The limitation of this study is that the alternatives can not be presented through empirical analysis. In the future study, the method of designing the travel experience service should be studied based on the specific model for the construction of tourism platform. In addition, there is a need for a tourism policy to activate the tourism platform business to promote individual travel experience.
