국문 초록

본 연구는 노동조합원을 대상으로 노동조합에 대한 노동조합원의 참여를 활성화하는데 유의미한 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 선행연구에 대한 고찰을 통해 이론적으로 노동 조합원의 노조참여 요인으로 노조원이 인식하는 의사결정참여, 노조만족도, 친노조태도, 노조도구성인식 등의 4개 변수를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 금융기관 노조원을 대상으로 한 설문조사결과에 대한 분석을 통해 본 연구의 모형에 포함된 4개 영향요인 중에서 의사결정참여, 친노조태도, 노조도구성인식의 3개 변수가 노조참여에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 분석결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 분석결과를 토대로 노조참여에 대한 이론적 연구뿐만 아니라 조합원들의 긍정적 노조참여을 유인할 수 있는 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify key factors that influence workers’ union participation. Through the literature review, this study found 4 independent variables, including participation to decision-making, union satisfaction, pro-union attitude, and awareness of union instrumentality, that were identified to affect union participation. Through statistical analysis on a data from survey research, this study found that 3 independent variables including participation to decision-making, pro-union attitude, and awareness of union instrumentality, significantly affect workers’ union participation. Results of this study suggest some meaningful policy implications for co-prosperity between labor and management.
