국문 초록

국경 간 전자상거래는 전통적 무역의 관습들을 변화시키면서 빠르게 성장하고 있다. UNCTAD는 국경 간 전자상거래는 2020년 9천억 달러 규모로 성장할 것을 예측하고 있다. WTO 또한 국경 간 전자상거래를 무역의 디지털화로 명명하면서 지속적 성장을 예견하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국경 간 전자상거래 플랫폼 비용분석과 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내외 대표적인 국경 간 전자상거래 기업인 Kmall24와 Amazon의 플랫폼 비용구조를 분석하였다. 그 결과 물류비용의 절감, 플랫폼 강화 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 국경 간 전자상거래 활성화를 위해서는 관련 수출정책 및 인프라 개발, 국경 간 전자상거래 플랫폼 강화, 정부의 역할 마련 및 추진, 물류 효율화 등을 추진할 것을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국경 간 전자상거래의 활성화를 위해서는 유관기관과의 협업 및 현장중심 정책개발이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

Cross-border e-commerce is growing rapidly, changing the customs of traditional trade. According to UNCTAD, cross-border e-commerce is projected to grow to $900 billion by 2020. WTO predicted continued growth by naming cross-border e-commerce as the digitization of trade. Therefore, in this study, we proposed the cost analysis and activation plan of the cross-border e-commerce platform. In order to achieve the research purpose, we analyzed the platform cost structure of Kmall24 and Amazon, which are representative cross-border e-commerce companies at domestic and abroad. As a result, it was found that it is necessary to reduce logistics costs and strengthen the platform. In this study, to promote cross-border e-commerce, it was proposed to develop related export policies and infrastructure, strengthen the cross-border e-commerce platform, establish and promote the role of the government, and improve logistics efficiency. The results of this study suggest that cooperation with related organizations and development of field-oriented policies are necessary to promote cross-border e-commerce.
