실용음악을 통해 바라본 2015년 개정 초등음악 교과서 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 문화적 변화의 흐름이 우리 음악교육에도 반영되는지에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이에 실용음악의 영역에서 바라본 관심과 발전이 실제 음악교과서에 반영되고 있는지 확인하기 위해 초등학교 5학년 교과서를 선택하였으며, 이를 토대로 한 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 교과서 분석을 보면, 첫째, 초등 음악교과서에 수록되어, 실용음악으로 분류된 곡은 총 42곡이었다. 이 중 영화음악이 16곡, 애니메이션 음악이 9곡으로 반수 이상을 차지하고 있다. 둘째, 실용음악과 향후 음악의 미래에 대한 내용 설명이 되어있는 부분이 다양하게 소개되고 있다. 셋째, 초등 음악교과서 내 37곡에 대한 핵심역량에 대하여 알아보았다. 핵심역량은 중복을 포함 총 64항목이 언급이 되었으며, 음악 정보처리역량이 20회로 가장 많이 언급이 되었으며, 자기 관리역량에서 13회, 음악적 감성역량 10회, 음악적 창의 융합 사고 역량에서 10회, 음악적 소통역량은 9회, 문화적 공동체 역량은 2회에서 언급되었다. 넷째, 교과서 분석을 통해 교과서간의 편차가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있으며, 이전 개정 시기의 교과서와 비교 시 실용음악 영역에 대한 소개가 점차 확장되고 있음을 확인하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to find out whether the flow of cultural change is reflected in our music education. In order to check whether interest and development seen in the field of practical music are reflected in actual music textbooks, textbooks of 5th grade in elementary school were selected, and the analysis results based on this are as follows. Studying at the analysis of textbooks, first, 42 songs were included in elementary music textbooks and classified as practical music. Of these, film music is 16 pieces and animation music is 9 pieces. So those pieces account for more than half. Second, the key competencies of 37 songs in the elementary music textbook were examined. In terms of core competencies, a total of 64 items were mentioned, including duplication, and the music information processing competency was the most frequently mentioned in 20 times. And Self-regulation competence was 13 times, musical sensibility competence was 10 times, musical creative convergence competencies was 10 times, musical communication competence was 9 times, and cultural community competence was in 2 times. Third, various parts of practical music and future music are explained. Fourth, through textbook analysis, it was confirmed that there was a deviation between textbooks. When it was compared to textbooks in the previous revision period, the introduction of the practical music field was gradually expanding.
