국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생 역량과 고용가능성 간의 관계를 파악하고 두 변인 간의 관계에서 경력열망이 매개효과를 갖는지를 검증하는 데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재의 A대학교 재학생을 대상으로 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 자료를 수집하고 이를 기초로 분석하여 결과를 도출하였다. 최종적으로 271명의 응답을 연구결과 도출에 활용하였다. 자료분석에는 R언어 기반 통계 프로그램 및 패키지인 jamovi 1.2와 R studio를 이용하였다. 먼저 측정도구의 타당성 검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석이 실시되었으며, 연구변인들의 기술통계 및 변인 간 상관관계 분석을 수행하였다. 이후 역량과 경력열망이 고용가능성에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을, 경력열망의 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 대학생 역량 중 자기주도학습, 진로개발, 그리고 의사소통 역량이 고용가능성에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 보이고 있으며, 경력열망에는 자기주도학습, 진로개발, 창의융합, 그리고 글로벌 역량이 경력열망에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 보이고 있었다. 변인들 사이의 관계를 고려하여 간접영향을 파악한 결과 자기주도학습과 진로개발 역량과 고용가능성 사이에서 경력열망이 부분매개하고 있다는 점도 확인하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 논의와 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study tried to identify the relationship between university students’ competency and employability and the mediation effects of career ambition between independence and dependence variables. For finding the study results, the data were collected from A university students. Initially 300 surveys were distributed and 271 cases were used finally. For analyzing the collected data, statistical software and package, jamovi 1.2 and R studio, were used. Firstly, confirmatory factor analysis was conducted for identifying validity of measurement scale. Then, descriptive and correlation analyses were conducted. Finally, multiple regression analyses and boot strapping test were used for investigating the relationship between university students’ competency and employability and the mediation effects of career ambition between two variable. The study results showed that self-directed learning, career development, and communication competencies have statistically significant positive effects on employbility. Also, the study results found the positive influence of self-directed learning, career development, creativity, and global competencies on career ambition. Regarding the indirect effects among variables, the results identified that career ambition mediates between self-directed learning and career development competencies and employability. Based on the study results, discussion and the proposal for the future studies were provided.
